1. We guarantee that your Oblik interface will fit your face exactly and will significantly improve your comfort in VR

2. If you encounter any fit or comfort issues, you have 30 days to easily report them through our mobile app

3. Based on your specific issues, we may choose to send you up to one replacement or offer you a refund

4. If any replacement still does not address your issues, we will offer you a refund

5. We will provide prepaid postage for any returns and will issue the refund once the return is received
